1．项目概况：按照《临江市城区供水规划＞预测，2010年城区需水量为1.8万立方米／日。现供水能力为1.25万立方米／日，而水源污染问题却日益严重。随着城市建设发展，头道沟河干流已不适宜做为城区生活饮用水源，另辟新水源已成当务之急。青山水库位于鸭绿江头道沟河支流青沟河下游，工程规模为水库兴利库容13l万m3，死库容3l万m3，防洪库容53万m3，总库容215万m3，水库正常蓄水位411.75m，P＝0.2％校核洪水位412.36m，P＝2％设计洪水位411.75m。该工程建设的主要任务是城市供水，兼顾灌溉、防洪等。

Linjiang Qingshan Reservoir Project

I. The Brief Introduction of the project
1. Survey of project:
According to《Program of water supply for city proper》
processing need water of the city proper in 2010 is 18000 m3 a day. Now water supply is 12500 m3 per day and water source of pollution is growing serious with the city development. The main stream of the first ditch river is not fit for drinking water of city proper. The urgent mater is to open up another new one. Qingshan reservoir is located at the lower reaches of the first ditch river Yalujiang. The project scope is as follows: beneficial storage capacity of reservoir 1.31 million m3 , dead storage 0.31 million m3, p=0.2%, the checked flood level 4.1236 m,p=2%, designed flood level 411.75 m, the main task of the project is for city water supply, irrigation and controlling flood.
