1．项目概况：中国林蛙又称蛤什蚂，是我国名贵的两栖动物，主要生长在长白山区，具有较高的食用价值和药用价值，雌蛙的输卵管俗称“蛤蟆油、雪蛤油”，是
著名的营养滋补品，主要含有无氮有机物，DHA，矿物质，多种维生素和酶类等人体必需生物活性物质，蛋白质含量高达92％，具有补虚退热、滋阴补肾、润肺生津、健脾胃之功效，是人们喜爱的高级补品，自1994年以来，我们同吉林农业大学、吉林食品研究所对林蛙深加工作出了11个中试品种，品质十分理想，是一个市场生命力很强的系列产品。为此，本项目拟定年产42万盒蛙油滴丸，1000万只蛙油口服液和6．5万袋蛙肉包装罐头。

I. Brief Introduction of the Project
1. Survey of project:
Chinese Forest frog, another name Hashima, is rare amphibious animal, lives mainly in the Changbai Mountain area, possesses higher edible and medical value. The oviduct of female frog, local name "Hamo fat or Xueha fat", is well-known nutriment and nourishment, mainly contains non-nitrogen organic matters, DHA, mineral matters, varied vitamin and enzyme etc. which are essential organisms active matters to human body, 92 percent of the content of protein, could build up one's weak health and bring down a fever, nourish, scrotum and kidney, moisten lung, invigorate the function of the spleen and is good for the stomach, is people's favorite high quality tonic. Since 1994, we have cooperated with the Jilin Agricultural University and Jilin Food Research Institute in wood frog thoroughgoing processing and work out 11 testing breeds with high quality, it is a serial of products with great market vitalitu. For this reason, this project intends to produce four hundred and twenty thousand boxes of dried frog fat bills, ten million flasks of liquid frog fat taken orally and sixty five thousand bags of frog meat and can.
