1．项目概况：镁碳砖是七十年代发展起来的一种新型耐火材料，它是以电熔镁砂和碳素材料为原料，用各种碳质结合剂制成的不烧耐火材料的替代产品，目前已被多数冶金企业炼钢炉衬所普遍采用，市场需求逐年增加，并向高纯镁碳砖方向发展，为镁碳砖的生产和发展创造了条件，我国钢产量具备l亿吨的生产能力，按吨消耗镁碳砖1.0—4.0kg计算，年需求镁碳砖10—40万吨。近年来，国内建设了若干镁碳砖生产厂，但仍难以保证冶金企业发展对镁碳砖品种及质量的要求，为此，需要进行企业技术改造，提高产品产量和质量，以适应发展需要。

1. Survey of the project:
Magnesium Carbonized brick is a new type of fire-resistant material which developed in the 70s.It is a substitution product which doesn't use fire -resistant material and uses electricity melting magnesium sand and carbon material as its raw materials and maed from verified carbon anchoring agent.At the moment,it is widely used by many metallurgy enterprise'steel-making furnace liner.The demand of market increases year by year and the developing direction is to high pure magnesium carbonized brick.This creates the condition of manufacturing and developing of magnesium carbonized brick The steel output of our country has the annual producing capacity of 100,000,000 tons,Calculating by consuming magnedsium carbonized brick 1.0-4.0kg per ton,the annual need of magnesium carbonized brick is 100-400 thousand tons.In recent years,though number of magnesium carbonied brick manufacturing plants are built in the country,still the needs of the type and quality of magnesium carbonized brick of the development of metallurgy enterprises.Since this,we need to proceed technology alteration of the enterprise and raise the output and quality of the product in order to accommmadate the need of development.
